Do you use WhatsApp on your phone?
You may already have seen this advice from Neighbourhood Watch, but we think it's a sensible precaution.
Whats App has changed the group setting to include “Everyone” so people you don’t know can add YOU to a group you have no interest in. This is annoying at least and a future Scam is possible.
You can change your settings to stop this :
1. Start up WhatsApp ;
2. Click on Settings at the bottom of the page;
3. Click on Account;
4. Click on Privacy;
5. Click on Groups;
6. Change setting from "Everyone" to "My Contacts";
7. Close down WhatsApp and relax !
